Applicants have to pass the interview from the school by talking to parents and students.

Inform the results after 3 days.

After knowing the results. Please confirm within 7 days.

• Age 2 years - 3 years.
• Copy of birth certificate students .
• Household registration with student name and father / mother.
• A copy of the vaccine (if any).
• Photos of children 2 pictures size 2 inches./li>
• Photo parents and mentors for 1 picture. (in the case of delegated to another person who send children).

• Age 3 years.
• Household registration with student name and father / mother.
• ID card copy, father and mother.
• Birth certificate of students (certificate).
• A copy of the document to change the name and surname of the father and mother (if any).
• A copy of the vaccine (if any).
• 2 ID photo picture size 2 inches.

• Age in years 7.
• Report card / certificate of education / educational documents from the former school (only in 2 - grade 5).
• Household registration with student name and father / mother.
• ID card copy, father and mother, birth certificate of students (certificate).
• A copy of the document to change the name and surname of the student, father and mother (if any).
• A copy of the vaccine (if any).
• 2 ID photo picture size 2 inches.
